Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process:

To cancel an order, you can click on the order details and select the cancel order option to cancel your order.

Cancellations are only available before delivery. Once the delivery has been made, it is not possible to cancel the order.

Charges for Cancellations:

If your order includes perishables (e.g., fruit, vegetables, flowers) that we have already secured for your order, the appropriate cost along with the card transaction and other charges (minimum 0.30p) will be deducted before any refunds are made.

If we have not made specific purchases to fulfill your order, only the card transaction and other charges will be deducted before processing the refund.

Timing of Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment following the cancellation confirmation. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of such changes.
